Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, serving as the primary advisor to each client in a busy in-store setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preparing federal and state business tax returns for multiple clients.
• Experience with Sole Prop, S corps, and Partnerships is preferred.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill with QuickBooks.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Promote the Intuit ecosystem by guiding clients to additional services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships to grow client portfolios and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Be an active community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in marketing efforts.
