Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will provide full service tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized support to customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will build relationships, grow the client base in local communities, and participate in marketing efforts with TurboTax resources. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring at least 20 hours per week and a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individuals 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes accessible in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
