Job summary

Intuit is seeking Year-round Business Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advising on tax strategy and creating proactive, personalized guidance for clients.

You will work onsite as part of a team, collaborating with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver a seamless client experience and cross-sell Intuit services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (e.g., 1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience in tax advisory for small businesses is highly desired.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, optimizing deductions and planning.
• Act as a trusted guide for clients, connecting them with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build relationships and deliver a superior customer experience in person.
• Engage with local communities to grow TurboTax presence and client base.
• Support marketing efforts and represent TurboTax in local events.
