Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated year‑round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary client liaison onsite and delivering proactive guidance.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, aiming to grow TurboTax’s local client base and maintain top‑tier customer experiences in a front‑facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return preparation experience (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 tax seasons of personal tax prep experience, 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping basics and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for individuals and business clients.
• Advise on deductions, planning, and year-round tax guidance.
• Serve as primary client liaison, owning the relationship and coordinating with bookkeeping/payroll teams.
