Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You’ll provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, deliver tax guidance, and coordinate with bookkeeping and payroll teams to offer a complete suite of services. You’ll build strong client relationships, help grow the local TurboTax client base, and participate in local marketing and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preparing federal/state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns/year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns for small businesses.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hrs/week.
• Interest in building local social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop understanding of client financials and offer year-round guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists for integrated services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism.
• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Lead outreach to nurture leads and convert prospects to long-term clients.
• Support local marketing efforts and connect clients to Intuit resources.
