Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to be the local face of TurboTax in on-site Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, helping clients navigate complex filings with clarity. As a community ambassador, you’ll build relationships, attract new clients, and contribute to local marketing efforts while delivering an exceptional customer experience and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Must have PTIN to file taxes
• Experience with state and federal taxes and tax software
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location a minimum of 20 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust with clients
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and marketing support
