Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation and tax advice, leveraging your expertise to maximize refunds and ensure compliant filings. As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and support marketing efforts while delivering excellent service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
