Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations as Retail Experts. You’ll work onsite, provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios and maximize refunds.

You’ll engage with the local community, grow TurboTax’s client base, and collaborate with marketing support to build a thriving personal tax practice while representing the TurboTax brand with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Active EA/CPA or attorney license; PTIN in good standing.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain applicable state licenses.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a front-face ambassador and generate community leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Grow the client base through local marketing and referrals.
