Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Work is on-site, part-time (20+ hours/week) in a retail environment. You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday and at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
