Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise, advice, and software support. This role blends tax know-how with community engagement to help clients navigate complex returns.

You will be a proactive ambassador, grow the client base locally, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing. The position is non-exempt and requires onsite presence, with a base pay range in California

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and refunds using TurboTax tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a retail setting.
