Job summary

Intuit is looking for year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and community presence.

The role emphasizes on-site engagement, customer education, and growing TurboTax’s client base with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and build a client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster loyalty.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to service clients.
