Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as on-site Business Tax Experts. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, deliver proactive guidance, and act as the local ambassador for TurboTax within your community.

You'll collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as part of the team, build long-term relationships with clients, and help grow TurboTax presence through local outreach and marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns experience for at least 20 clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per tax year in a retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with small business tax returns and year-round tax guidance.
• State licenses/certifications as required; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of client financials and offer year-round tax planning guidance.
• Build relationships and expand services, including bookkeeping and payroll when needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
