You will provide hands‑on tax preparation for individuals and small businesses, while serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor in a dynamic, community‑oriented setting. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll grow the client base, deliver personalized tax guidance, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience for individuals and small businesses.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language to clients.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, with a client‑facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Build relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Deliver high quality service with proactive tax planning and client education.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to offer comprehensive assistance.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and trusted advisor.
