Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and fostering community relationships. The role emphasizes on-site presence, customer service excellence, and proactive community engagement, with potential for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
