Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advisory services, and grow the client base in your community.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers navigate taxes, offer tailored tax tips, and build lasting relationships while delivering excellent service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses or related permits must be obtainable.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online tax presence and community engagement.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging local prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver personalized tax planning and recommendations using available resources.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build trust for repeat engagements.
• Represent TurboTax in local and national marketing efforts and events.
