Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will work at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers with tax expertise, advice, and software support to help them achieve favorable financial outcomes.

You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community marketing efforts while adhering to Intuit’s standards and onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience providing tax advice and in-person tax return support.
• Ability to build local client relationships and grow a tax practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
