Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary advisor for clients and delivering proactive tax planning and guidance.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll support bookkeeping and payroll needs, while growing TurboTax’s local client base through community engagement and personal outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year
• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns preparation for multiple clients
• Willingness to upskill in bookkeeping and QuickBooks integration
• Experience with tax planning and advisory services for individuals and small businesses

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities and deliver planning advice
• Own the client relationship and coordinate with bookkeeping/payroll support as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-store and via TurboTax tools
