Job summary

Tabbed is seeking an on-site implementation lead for NYC restaurants to own the full rollout from signed contract to live operation. You will install hardware, configure systems, train staff, execute launch night, and maintain ongoing relationship across venues, ensuring adoption and success.

You will be the visible owner in the restaurant, coordinating with managers, servers, and engineering as needed; no delegation for critical steps; based in the NYC metro area.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical troubleshooting ability and comfort with field deployments.
• Independent, checklist-driven work style with multiple venues.
• Detail-oriented with accountability for setup and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from signed contract to live operation.
• On-site installation and system setup at each venue.
• Pre-launch quality control to ensure correct configuration before training.
• Staff training and launch execution across front-of-house teams.
• Ongoing account ownership with regular follow-ups and coaching.
