Job summary

Trayd in New York City is hiring an Implementations Analyst to launch new customers onto the platform. You will own implementations from sales handoff through first live payroll, gathering and migrating data, running kickoff calls, configuring accounts, training customers, and supporting launch.

This is an in-person role in Manhattan, requiring strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and comfort with real-world data.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in implementations, onboarding, customer success, consulting, or operations.
• Customer-facing by nature; comfortable on the phone with business owners and operators.
• Strong in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data validation).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; payroll data errors have real consequences.
• Owns ownership, communicates proactively, and adapts to ambiguity.
• Curious about construction and willing to learn the industry.
• NYC-based or willing to relocate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end, from kickoff through first payroll and handoff to Customer Success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding.
• Run kickoff calls to understand customer operations (time tracking, payroll review, union rules, overtime, job costing).
• Lead data migrations: extract, clean, and standardize employee, compensation, and payroll data; QA imports.
• Train customers on the platform, configure workflows, and support first live payroll runs.
• Manage multiple active implementations at different stages and keep on launch timelines.
• Flag gaps in product or process and contribute improvements to the playbook.
