Job summary

Packsize is seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at our Dallas, TX site. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and supporting Packsize equipment and building strong customer relationships.

You will supervise training and ensure safety, drive performance, and provide exceptional 5-Star service while coordinating with escalated resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Advanced mechanical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete and pass all training courses.
• Develop expert knowledge of Packsize hardware and software.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Analyze customer KPI to identify machine issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide clear written technical communications.
• Contribute to knowledge base.
• Coach and train team members.
• Manage site workload and preventive maintenance.
