Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Resident Relations Manager to oversee the customer experience during construction projects, including resident relocations. You will be the on-site liaison among contractors, the team, and residents, ensuring clear daily communication and timely updates.

Responsibilities include coordinating relocations, maintaining accurate records, delivering responsive service, and managing concessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or construction liaison preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates daily activity and communication between contractors, the on-site team, and residents to align on daily work and resident needs.
• Delivers accurate, timely information to residents via established channels and maintains accurate records of work performed.
• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitors construction impact through regular community and unit walks, proactively resolving resident concerns and potential hazards.
• Coordinates temporary resident transfers for construction or repair projects, overseeing the logistical details and communicating progress until the project’s successful conclusion.
• Executes concession administration.
