Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Resident Relations Manager for an on-site role at our Tustin property. You will be the primary liaison during construction, guiding residents through relocations and coordinating with contractors to keep everyone informed.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, proactive problem solving, and meticulous record-keeping. A valid CA driver's license and 1–3 years of experience are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates daily communication between contractors, the on-site team, and residents to align on work and needs.
• Delivers timely information to residents via established channels and keeps records in the operating platform.
• Provides excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Monitors construction impact with resident walks and resolves hazards.
• Coordinates temporary resident transfers for construction or repair projects.
• Executes concession administration.
