Rose Associates is seeking a vibrant Resident Manager to oversee daily operations at our residential community. You will lead the building services team, ensure staff performance, and maintain resident satisfaction and financial success on-site.

You will manage preventative maintenance, oversee vendor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards while keeping open communication with tenants and management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in maintenance and staff management.
• Experience opening a new construction/lease-up building.
• Optimize building efficiency with sustainable energy practices and modern security tech.
• Proficient in mechanical systems for cost-effective solutions.
• Certifications: S12, S-13, S-95, P-99, EPA 608 Universal.
• Strong communication with staff and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations.
• Prioritize tenant concerns and ensure timely maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor quotes; schedule tasks.
• Oversee service contracts; ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist budget development and management for building maintenance; review variances.
• Respond to emergencies; on-call 24 hours; supervise projects.
• Oversee staffing needs and performance; ensure on-site presence.
