Job summary

Essex-Property-Trust in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Community Relations Representative to be the primary in-person contact for residents and prospective residents, handling inquiries and coordinating move-in/out paperwork.

You will use the CRM system to manage communications, respond promptly, and promote outstanding resident service. The role requires on-site presence five days per week with occasional events and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management or CRM software.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in person contact for residents and inquiries.
• Manage communications via the CRM system; respond to questions promptly.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and required paperwork.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to support operations and satisfaction.
• Attend to resident events and maintain confidentiality of information.
