Job summary

Essex-Property-Trust is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Pleasanton, CA to be the primary in-person contact for residents. You will manage inquiries via CRM, coordinate move-in/out, and support community operations with exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes on-site work five days a week, collaboration with the management team, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage all communications and inquiries via CRM.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and paperwork.
• Promote excellent resident experience and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to support operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Participate in resident events and occasional projects.
• Work on-site five days per week and attend to duties as assigned.
