Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to support daily workforce operations at a distribution center client site. The role serves as the main link between associates and client leadership, coordinating scheduling, onboarding, and reporting to ensure a smooth onsite experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Onsite presence is required, with overnight shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of staffing or workforce coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and client management
• Coordinate employee scheduling and attendance tracking
• Support onboarding and new hire processes
• Maintain accurate workforce documentation and reporting
• Address associate questions and concerns professionally and promptly
• Partner with client leadership to ensure staffing needs are met
• Foster a positive productive and compliant work environment
