Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician I to provide onsite and remote IT support in Washington. You will address workstation and printer issues, assist with software and business applications, and help keep client systems secure and up to date.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and basic networking skills, with a valid driver’s license for on-site visits. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Helpdesk support or similar role required.
• Proficient in PC deployments/imaging and user profile management.
• Proficient with MS 365, MS Office, Adobe, AD, backup software and endpoint security.
• MSP experience desirable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer issues.
• Troubleshoot standard business applications (Office, etc.).
• Support line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks).
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting for desktop connectivity.
• Answer inbound Quick Fix calls from clients.
