Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two-year technical certificate, or 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree/certificate
• 3–5 years in industrial service or equipment installation preferred
• Basic electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills required
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of GP Reeves equipment at customer sites
• Respond promptly to service calls and address customer inquiries regarding technical issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions; identify root cause and implement effective solutions
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure ongoing reliability of equipment
• Collaborate with customer and internal teams to schedule service visits
• Provide clear and detailed documentation of service activities and reports on repairs and maintenance tasks
• Assist customers with install and start-up of new machines
• Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and virtual channels
• Quote spare parts and replacement parts to customers
• Train customers on proper use and routine maintenance of equipment
• Assist in testing and validation of new products or upgrades
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while performing field service
