Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service or related technical role experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience with CNC machinery, robotics, or semiconductor equipment is desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and testing tools.
• Provide on-site technical support while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve issues and coordinate solutions.
• Assist with equipment relocation, system upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Document service activities and repairs in the system.
• Follow safety procedures for electrical systems and heavy machinery.
