GP Reeves, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide superior on-site and remote customer support. You will understand customer needs, gather project documentation, and update our file network with changes. This role supports service visits and monitoring of activities across sites.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of field service experience on industrial equipment, strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills, and a valid drivers license. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of field service experience on industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of GP Reeves equipment at customer locations.
• Respond promptly to service calls and address customer inquiries regarding technical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with the customer and internal teams to schedule service visits and installations.
• Provide clear documentation of service activities and reports on repairs and maintenance.
• Assist customers with install and start-up of new machines and equipment.
• Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Quote spare parts and replacement parts to customers.
• Train customers on proper use and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in testing and validation of new products or upgrades in the field.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies during field service tasks.
• Travel to customer sites and work at varied locations as required.
