Job summary

A leading equipment manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote customer service for their machines. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with electro-mechanical equipment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Given the travel requirement of 65%, candidates should be prepared for a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous technical training and experience with electro-mechanical equipment is required.
• Formal schooling and certification from a technical college, military school or other accredited institution is desirable.
• Able to maintain, create and focus on documentation, detail, and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct onsite and remote customer service including installation and warranty service.
• Work with Regional Service Manager to provide accurate service quotations.
• Install and service Juki America machines in local service area.
