Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 2 years of Reliability Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical reliability testing.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross functional teams to achieve high product performance and reliability standards.
• Evaluate equipment failure modes and develop solutions to eliminate/mitigate potential failure.
• Advise with design review meetings on reliability findings and recommendations.
• Review engineering specs/drawings and propose design modifications for reliability within cost and performance constraints.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze failure trends to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing locations to develop reliability best practices.
• Understand operating environment and performance requirements for products.
• Create detailed reports documenting findings and conclusions.
• Support root cause analysis and resolution of issues found during testing and on returned products.
