Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to join the Battery System Reliability team. You will work with design, marketing, and manufacturing to develop reliable energized device products for the next generation of power tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years in reliability/quality/test/process engineering, plus experience with DOE, life data analysis, and statistical tools like Minitab or Reliasoft. Domestic/international travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualificações

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or educational equivalent.
2+ years in reliability, quality, test, or process engineering.
Experience with product commercialization processes emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
Experience including training in quality engineering fundamentals and proven experience leading a primary function within a project team.
Knowledge of DOE, life data analysis, and other statistical tools (e.g. Minitab, Reliasoft).

Responsabilidades

Product development and life cycle management.
Lead design and manufacturing risk assessments during the product development cycle.
Define test validation requirements for reliability and quality.
Apply statistical analysis to product data and report findings clearly.
