Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Reliability Engineering Specialist in Wisconsin. You will influence products from concept through field performance, leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives and driving design for reliability and six sigma throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a STEM related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering or technical roles.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working on R&D engineering or new product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability strategies across product design, manufacturing, and field performance.
• Drive DFx and PROLaunch initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop reliability and safety requirements from customer needs and field data.
• Build system-level reliability models and manage growth plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvements.
