Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a Release Manager to oversee deployment planning, final release reviews, and coordination of late deliveries. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in SDLC, security, and pilot processes.

You will lead daily pilot meetings, manage change approvals, and coordinate with Scrum masters to ensure timely, compliant releases. Onsite at Columbus, OH, with a focus on delivering high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities

• Plan the Deployment: Organize and facilitate the Plan the Deploy meeting, where the release scope is reviewed and validated.
• Final Release Review & Pre-Production Validation: Lead the final release review to confirm there are no outstanding issues blocking the change, including SDLC compliance, open defects, and security vulnerabilities.
• Late Project delivery Coordination: Negotiate and communicate for all late delivery projects, ensuring clarity on impact and options.
• Pilot management: Facilitate daily Pilot meetings when defects or issues are present, coordinating troubleshooting and driving resolution.
• Change & Approval Management: Create and track CR approvals, ensuring all SDLC, Change Management, and Security approvals are completed.
• SDLC Coordination: Partner with Scrum Masters to resolve all SDLC-related issues prior to release.
• Security & Compliance: Maintain and monitor multiple vulnerability systems to close outstanding findings and avoid release blocks.
• CIV RM Responsibilities: CIV includes SVP/CCBP responsibilities plus a more involved pilot process.
