Job summary

Hueman is seeking an Onsite Resource Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning in Redlands, CA. This temporary role partners with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to coordinate interviews, onboarding, and candidate experience.

You will monitor hiring needs, manage pipelines, and provide data-driven updates to improve recruiting outcomes while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Requires on-site work and flexibility for events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in recruiting or workforce planning preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments and coordinating multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Redlands, CA and accommodate occasional extended hours.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, onboarding, and candidate updates with managers and operations leaders.
• Create an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-ups during onboarding.
• Partner with onsite operations to inform workforce planning and share labor market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive results through accurate recruiting data, metrics, and trend analysis to optimize performance.
