Job summary

Hueman is seeking an Onsite Resource Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning at Commerce, CA. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates from application through onboarding.

You will manage candidate pipelines, deliver timely updates, and help create a positive candidate experience that reflects our employer brand while supporting clients’ workforce growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Commerce, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle with close collaboration with hiring managers and operations leaders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guiding through pre-employment steps.
• Partner with onsite leadership to support workforce planning and hiring updates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, monitor metrics, and identify trends to improve outcomes.
