Job summary

Hueman is seeking an Onsite Resource Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting and workforce planning at our Orlando, FL client site. You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates from application through onboarding.

You will build an outstanding candidate experience, monitor pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or workforce planning.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ATS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruiting process with hiring managers and operations leaders.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities to meet staffing goals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Provide workforce planning insights and data-driven updates to leadership.
