Job summary

You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPI/SLA metrics, and delivering excellent client service while coordinating with internal teams and clients across multiple brands. Responsibilities include posting jobs, coaching candidates, interviewing, offers, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, accountability, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client fit.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates candidate and client interviews and briefs.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding processes.
