Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team in Tampa, onsite. The role is entry-level and runs through the end of January 2027. Responsibilities include managing candidate profiles, coordinating referrals, and assisting with video interviews.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you’ll help keep the high-volume hiring moving with strong organization, communication, and a client-focused mindset. Onsite work in Tampa is required.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Strong relationship-building and people skills.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and own work.
• Good judgment on when to escalate issues or seek help.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work onsite in Tampa for the full assignment through January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Enter and coordinate candidate profiles in the vendor management system.
• Manage the candidate referral pipeline.
• Support recruiters in building and maintaining a high-quality pool of active and passive candidates.
• Assess candidate skills through video interviews.
• Provide reporting for delivery leadership and client programs.
