Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nice to have: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with ATS (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview prep and feedback.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and engage with local networking events to broaden exposure.
