Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team in Tampa, onsite. The role is entry-level and runs through the end of January 2027. Responsibilities include managing candidate profiles, coordinating referrals, and assisting with video interviews.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you’ll help keep the high-volume hiring moving with strong organization, communication, and a client-focused mindset. Onsite work in Tampa is required.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Strong relationship-building and people skills.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and own work.
• Good judgment on when to escalate issues or seek help.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team through the end of January. This is an entry-level, onsite role in Tampa. You'll help manage the candidate pipeline, conduct video interviews, and handle administrative work that keeps our high-volume hiring moving. You'll report to the Delivery Manager.
