Qualifications

• 6+ months of recruiting, HR, or related experience (internships eligible).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong teamwork mindset.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
• Exposure to HR processes, policies, and employment practices.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate about business functions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Host candidates onsite and ensure a smooth, professional interview experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring workflows.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with recruiting operations projects and process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.
