Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting function in Nashville, TN. This onsite contract role focuses on scheduling, data integrity, and candidate experience, partnering with recruiters, managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth process from interview through onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and attention to detail within a dynamic environment that values timely communication and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–4+ years in recruiting coordination or HR/administrative roles.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management experience.
• Experience with ATS or recruiting technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone screens, virtual and onsite interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage complex scheduling logistics and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Arrange candidate travel and related logistics as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in ATS and recruiting tools.
• Confirm new hires and update recruiting systems throughout the process.
• Provide timely updates to candidates via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activity, pipelines, and hiring progress; prepare reports.
• Coordinate post-interview debriefs and distribute feedback to teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting programs and initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to drive consistent processes.
