Job summary

Skydio, Inc. in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the face of the candidate experience onsite at our HQ.

You will schedule interviews, give office tours, and support university recruiting events and intern programs. You’ll learn Ashby and Workday, collaborate with the University Recruiting team, and help maintain Ashby records while supporting the broader People team on ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, or customer service are a plus).
• Recent graduate or someone launching a career in People Operations will fit well.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across departments.
• Greet candidates onsite, provide office tours, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in Ashby to prevent candidates from falling through the cracks.
• Assist the People team with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding, swag management, and event planning.
