Skydio is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the onsite candidate experience at our San Mateo HQ. You will schedule interviews, greet candidates, and coordinate campus events, while learning Ashby and Workday to support university programs.

The role welcomes a recent graduate or career starter, with 0-1+ years of related experience, and requires being in-person 4-5 days weekly. Your energy and organization help Skydio hire efficiently in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• In-person at San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week.
• 0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, events, or customer service).
• Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-obsessed mindset; make candidates feel welcome and valued.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn Ashby, G-Suite and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across departments.
• Greet candidates onsite, provide office tours, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboarding with University Recruiting.
• Maintain accurate records in Ashby ATS to prevent candidates from slipping through.
• Support the People team with employer branding, swag management, and event planning.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively keep the hiring process moving.
