Verkada Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our HQ team in San Mateo, CA. The role partners with Recruiting and Leadership to organize calendars, schedule interviews for a high volume of candidates, and own the candidate experience from application through offer.

The role is on-site only, with no hybrid or remote option. You will work closely with Sales Recruiters and our diverse organizations across the country to coordinate interview steps and ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of recruiting coordination or administrative experience.
• Sales-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of interviews and coordinate candidate travel.
• Provide white-glove candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and leadership teams nationwide.
• Partner with Sales Recruiters to schedule interview steps.
• Track candidate communications in ATS and tooling.
