Skydio is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Recruiting Operations team at our San Mateo HQ. You will coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews, greet candidates, and ensure a warm, organized onsite experience for all visitors.

You will learn Ashby and Workday, support campus events and intern onboarding, and help the broader People team with branding, swag, and events. This role suits a recent graduate eager to start a career in People Operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews.
• Greet candidates onsite and provide office tours.
• Maintain records in Ashby/ATS; support campus events.
• Support university recruiting events and intern onboarding.
• Assist People team with branding, swag, and events.
• Learn recruiting tools and help keep hiring moving.
