Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with significant practical experience will be considered.
• 3+ years recruitment support or coordination experience.
• Experience with highly administrative recruiting processes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative support to all Recruiters in North America.
• Coordinating pre-hire and onboarding; ensuring new hires are processed per internal policies.
• Ordering and verification of onboarding documents; timely processing to avoid delays.
• Recruiting assistance with sourcing, requisition and position management, scheduling, screening/interviews and offers.
• Administer and record assessment completion; conduct candidate and hiring manager surveys.
• Overseeing tracking systems and generating reports (daily requisitions, weekly starts, facilities).
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities in recruitment lifecycle.
• Routine job postings and audits across Workday, career sites, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed.
• Recruitment marketing support (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Talent Network, campaigns).
• Support reporting for employee referral program and invoice management for TA vendors.
• Assist in optimization, standardization, and digitalization of recruitment processes and tools.
• Help with additional projects as needed; all other duties as assigned.
