Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 7-month contract in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role supports Early Talent Recruitment and Talent Management, assisting recruiters, managers, and candidates through the full recruiting cycle, onboarding, and work term.

The position offers hybrid on-site flexibility (2–3 days on-site) with a standard schedule, and potential to work on multiple projects across cohorts within a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide interview management and logistics support for recruiting students and new graduates, including preliminary phone screens.
• Own key Early Talent and programming operational projects and processes.
• Manage and maintain organized project plans for teams and cohorts.
• Support offer letters and onboarding for new hires.
• Assist with recruitment projects (surveys, orientation, campus events).
• Gather and format data into reports and dashboards.
